How to catch a Snorlax (in Pokemon Go)

Ok this title is so misleading I might get a lot of rage and hate after people chance upon this post accidentally in hopes of catching a Snorlax while playing Pokemon Go.

But it's not like there are a lot of people out there without Snorlaxes anymore. It's been almost a month since Pokemon Go was released in Singapore so I'm sure everyone has that pang pang in their phones woowoo. But anyway, since I've been using this snorlaxisapig username since...my JC years (which isn't very long ago really), I shall dedicate a post to chasing down the SNORLAX.

I caught mine while walking to Japanese Garden. I just claimed a gym and was collecting my daily one coin when I noticed the nearby sightings.

After seeing the silhouette of my coveted precious big thing, I quickly turned to the mostly reliable PokeAlert to look for my beloved, and PokeAlert didn't disappoint. IT WAS DISAPPEARING IN 4 MINUTES. But ok I was close enough woohoo

Chunkiat and Ngai were hurrying me while catching their pidgeys and ratattas in Chinese Garden, and being the nice friend that I am I sent them a picture of the location of dearest Snorlax and told them to run.

I started running and saw other people running too. Threw some ultra balls and raspberries and YAY I GOT IT IT DIDN'T RUN AWAY.

AHHH the satisfaction of having a Snorlax.

Conclusion- how to catch a snorlax? Run.

Ok la it's more like download pokealert, check it every 10 seconds and be prepared to run.

I caught a gyrados and charmeleon that way too ok.

Article usefulness 0.1/10 hahaha ok bye.
